VOLLEYBALL STARS’ WALK OF FAME FOUNDATION ON 25th ANNIVERSARY at the PGE NATIONAL STADIUM

Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame Foundation together with Dorota Swieniewicz’ Foundation took part in 15th Expo and celebration of 25th anniversary of Inter Cars at the PGE National Stadium on 19 – 20 of September 2015. Both organizations prepared this event for many weeks with an spectacular effect. Our volleyball sector was visited by crowds of people, there was a never ending line to get a photo and an autograph from famous volleyball players such as Dorota Świeniewicz and Lukasz Kadziewicz. Every visitor could play volleyball match with Dorota Swieniewicz and Lukasz Kadziewicz on our specially prepared mobile court. What else happened at the Stadium? Read more…

10th anniversary of Arkadiusz Golas death

During another edition of Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame on 24th May 2013 in Milicz there was an unveiling of the memory board dedicated to our famous volleyball player Arkadiusz Gołaś. His extremely promising career was broken almost eight years ago by a death car accident. His father Tomasz Gołaś unveiled the memory board. The representation of few people from Ostrołęka, family town of Arkadiusz Gołaś, took part in the celebration.

Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame organizes the FINAL FOUR CEV Men European League

Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame Foundation received from PZPS all the rights to organize the Final Four CEV Men European League 2015, that took place on 13 – 14th of August in Wałbrzych. During the matches you couldn’t miss our stand in the hallway of the Aqua Zdrój Center. First time the volleyball players visited the Aqua Zdrój Center in 2014 during the 10th edition of the Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame. There was a volleyball match played by B representations by women and men for the very first time in the European League. They played versus the team from Montenegro and Greece. They played first matches in Milicz and afterwards in Walbrzych. Read more…

The nationwide tour guide „Unusual Poland” describes the Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame as one of the tourist attraction. Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame Foundation organizes the Poland – Austria Match

The Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame Foundation organized the 2-part volleyball match between POLAND versus AUSTRIA, that took place as a Men European League on 10-11th July 2015. This was the third time that Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame organized volleyball matches of Polish national team. In 2011 our representation played versus Russia, and in 2013 versus Serbia.

Volleyball Stars’ Walk of Fame Foundation on an European Economic Congres 2015

Our Foundation took part in VII European Economic Congress dated 20-22 April 2015 in Katowice. During this prestigious business conference in Central Europe we presented on our stand two biggest awards achieved by Polish volleyball national team at the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship Mexico 1974 and Poland 2014. We also exposed two gold medals won by women’s representation during the Volleyball European in 2003 and 2005. You could find on our sector specially framed t-shirt with a signature of Andrea Zorzi and Giba. Our stand was visited by such outstanding guests as: Prime Minister of Poland Jerzy Buzek, Vice Prime Minister Janusz Piechociński, Paweł Poncyliusz and famous handball player Artur Siódmiak, who promoted Men’s EHF EURO 2016 Poland.
